We took her to the visitors center this week. It's such a good resource and the Spirit was so strong. Her mom had a meltdown though this week and we came to help them use prayer and scripture when times are hard. They might be moving before her baptism date because their living situation is rough...
There's one Ysa investigator who I met when I was sick and he's agnostic but he's super open. We brought him to a member missionary fireside and he loved it! It answers his questions about how we get answered or prayer and we convinced him to find an opportunity to pray this week and he will!! I'm so proud of him!
I love this area. I sat on stage to sing with choir and watched all the amazing members file in along with 6 investigators and 5 less active members to the chapel and about cried. I love love love this Ward. It had a lot to do with the fact that I finished the Book of Mormon the night before! So cute! Sister Niska finished reading it and prayed about it sat morning and came up to me saying "Guess what.....I know the Book of Mormon is true." It was so exciting and I gave her a big hug. Then because I wanted to bring it for personal progress (A challenge they gave me before young women's the next day I sped through the last few chapters I had to read before I went to bed and understood so well and was so into it and loved every word and I finished! I got right on my knees and asked God again if it was true and I sat and waited and listened and remembered that it is!!! It was such a sweet experience that still has me giddy. I ran in to the room and said to sister Niska "guess what.....I know the Book of Mormon is true!" We hugged again and have been best friends crazies ever since. I mean we've been friends the whole time. In fact, Wednesday night I attacked her with my NERF gun.
The whole week was good. But I'm super peeved you didn't get my emailS last week! I wrote a lot. I'll resend em
I love you soooooooo much!! I want to give you a big hug!
